Increasing recycled content with Omyaloop FC
Omya has expanded its calcium carbonate portfolio with Omyaloop FC, a group of recycled calcium carbonate grades that can replace calcium carbonates in existing formulations as a drop-in replacement. Omyaloop FC is certified by Bureau Veritas as a recycled calcium carbonate according to ISO 14021 and for the majority of the Omyaloop FC portfolio the recycled status does not affect its suitability for use in contact sensitive applications such as food contact/food packaging.
